According to the requirements of Document GNKJ [2015] No. 12 issued by
National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on
Releasing the Development and Revision Plan of the Second Batch of Energy
Sector Standards in 2014”, and after extensive investigation and research,
summarization of practical experience, and wide solicitation of opinions, the
drafting group has prepared this regulation.
The
main technical contents of this regulation include: content and depth of
pre-feasibility study, content and depth of feasibility study, content and
depth of tender design, content and depth of detailed design, content and depth
of specific communication system design, and content and depth of specific
communication mode design.
